Support Portal Sign In or Sign Up Guide

Dear Customers

If you are looking to sign up to the Support Portal, please read this announcement:

Read-only access to the Support Portal Knowledge Base and Community Forum is for everyone, and you don't need to be logged in, however participation in these requires you to be a member of Siperb. Sign up to Siperb is free, and anyone can join. Once signed up you will receive an invitation to this support portal. You will then be able to participate in the Community Forum and have access to additional Knowledge Base articles.

Support Tickets

We have adopted a 3 tier Support Structure
  • Support Level 1 (Free)
    This is the if first tier and free for everyone. In this level you can ask general questions, questions about your account, billing and where to find resources. You can expect a response in around 24 hours.
  • Support Level 2 (paid)
    In this level you can ask technical questions. Your questions can also include topics like Asterisk and other systems that may be required in order to work with our system. If you are not on a paid for account, we may ask that you upgrade. You can expect a response in around 48 hours.
  • Support Level 3 (quoted and paid)
    This level is for member who dont have the technical staff to configure their own system, or for strategic partners who require a specific response time. In this level scope of work will need to be agreed on up front, quoted and paid for in advance, and then executed on as soon as a slot is available.

Our Support Hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (GMT), and can only be in English.
